A departure from the well-known MX5+ modular ladder system, HeliLadder of Blue Moon Designs has officially released its newest product line: The HeliLadder L-Series.

This fixed-length, lightweight, cantilevered 8’ ladder is designed specifically for rotorhead access on Robinson aircraft, as well as aircraft with external tanks and restrictive landing gear attachments. Test fits with numerous aircraft show strong promise as a new, breakthrough ladder solution, and adds yet another option for HeliLadder’s OSHA approved and ANSI certified products to address the industry’s challenge of keeping technicians safe while working at dangerous heights.

Receiving a strong response at Verticon 2025, HeliLadder is now preparing for its first production run of L-Series units to outfit its ever-expanding customer base. A multitude of program types see the potential with the new product line, including EMS, service centers, law enforcement, private operators, training schools, aircraft manufacturers, and more.
