HeliLadder is the industry’s first and only modular and portable workstand system.
(Patented with Patents Pending)

The base unit of the system is the MX5+

This cantilevered ladder-stand conforms to the aircraft, providing unmatched access to the upper air-frame. It is exceptionally stable, and solidly built to withstand the field environment.

The MX5+ accepts a variety of extensions.

Installation takes just 60 seconds, providing a wide range of work levels to best suit the maintenance task at hand, as well as accommodate the individual heights of technicians:

Optional 3-piece Tool Tray Sets are available to assist in tool & FOD control & and increase efficiency by minimizing trips up and down. These quickly transfer between the MX5+ and all extensions.

Optional Short Handrail Kits are available for use on the MX5+ when no extension is installed. The handrails conveniently stow on the side rails of the MX5+.

Two optional Field Deployment Kits are available. FDK-1 (also coined the Military Upgrade) incorporates additional protective bumpers, dual sets of support closure latches, heavy duty ball bearing wheels and tiedown rings. (no image at this time)

FDK-2 consists of a pair of oversized foot pads (Tundra Pads) that pin into the forward support legs.  These are ideal when operating on unimproved landing sites. They conveniently stow on the upper crossbar of the support leg assembly.

After 3 years of development, the MXPS Maintenance Platform System is available! This is an Industry-First: A compact, lightweight, and easily portable work stand/platform system. It features safety rails, tool/laptop trays, and a cantilevered design that provides exceptional access to the aircraft. The primary service decks can be used independently with one MX5+, or interconnected with a service platform.

No other full sized workstand on the market can be transported within a helicopter, stowed along the bulkhead of a ship, easily be moved up an elevator to a roof top helipad, or fit in the back of a maintenance van. Set-up or disassembly takes just 10-15 minutes.

Currently in development are 5’ and 6’ extensions.
